CHEST: Measured just under the arm seams, keeping the tape under your arms.
SLEEVE: Measure from center of back of the neck, following the curve of your bent elbow, and continue down to your wrist.
WAIST: Measure around the slimmest part of your natural waist.
NECK: Measure around the base of your neck, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.
